• Posters should be registered online on or before Thursday 14 March, 2019.
• All posters should be designed forA0-sized paper in portrait orientation
• PDF version of posters should be submitted to Dr. Yiming Wubulikasimu in order to be reviewed by the organizing committee. No hardcopy submission is required.
• The presenters will be responsible for printing their own posters and putting them up at the designated poster boards. The printed posters should not be foam mounted
• The deadline for poster PDF submission is 4 April, 2019.
